Andries de Villiers has come to love the sport and culture of hockey as his son picked it up in full force. Andries’ entrepreneurial background kicked in when the sport saw a need for a safer shirt to be used by players to protect against possible blade cuts. He had developed the TITAN brand on his own but realized it needed to be improved across the board with refined assets and a more a cohesive identity. I simplified the existing assets to be sharper and dynamic that would allow for a sleek and modular grid system.
