Lance Baird brought me on in at the beginning of 2023 to help infuse the young Kaishan USA brand with a cleaner, modular aesthetic. The branding in place was not cohesive and lacked character. The team at Kaishan wanted to keep the same brand elements in place but use them in a new way. Over the course of two years, we have simplified the brand while removing extraneous elements and flourishes. The brand is now set to guide all of their global partners as it seeks to keep visual consistency on every touchpoint.
